[PPRAANet] 10 Meter Annual Winter Phone Contest this Weekend

Hello all,
The contest is sponsored by Ten Ten  International. The way 10 meters has 
been lately this might be the lowest  scoring contest ever. Which also means that 
only a few contacts made and entered  might be enough to get something. You 
can go to the web site _http://www.ten-ten.org/_ (http://www.ten-ten.org/)  and 
get all of the  rules. Basically you operate from 0001 UTC Saturday through 
2359 UTC Sunday and  make as many contacts via phone as you can. It is always 
an enjoyable contest  and not the 'dog eat dog' that you find in some other 
contests. I'll be on  28.345 most of the contest.
