[PPRAANet] WriteLog for COQP

Hi,

Sorry for any list duplication.

The COQP organizers have learned that many contest modules and especially 
state QSO Party modules for WriteLog have been wrote by volunteer third 
parties.  We are searching for someone with appropriate experience to write 
a module for the COQP.  If you can handle this or know of someone who can 
please let us know soon.

The programming is in C++.  WriteLog provides a wizard that runs within C++ 
to actually write the module.  Little actual programming is needed other 
than the knowledge to fill in the blanks in the wizard.  The person doing 
this will need to have C++ loaded on your computer.  The module will be very 
simliar to that used by the Florida QSO party.  The major difference is that 
the COQP uses standard ARRL Canadian province abbreviations which are 
different from those used by the FQP.  So using the FQP module would make 
development easier.  Again, If you can handle this for us or know someone 
who can please let us know.

We had a lead earlier on someone who had wrote some other modules but thus 
far he has not responded to our request for assistance.
