The MARC met Wednesday evening to finalize field day plans.
Due to the lack of real time communication and no firm plan with the PPRAA
for this year's field day, the MARC will be able to provide the following
for this year's event.  

Mona Beck (from the MARC) will provide the lunch meal on Saturday and energy
snacks and drinks for the Saturday late night operators. Mona will not be
available for the remainder of the weekend.  

There are two propane barbeque grills that will be available from the MARC.
Two tables will be provided for food setup and prep.  No other cooking
equipment will be provided.  

 As per the tradition the Saturday night meal is a potluck provided by the
attendees at the field day event. Saturday and Sunday morning breakfasts and
Sunday lunch are on your own unless PPRAA has something else planned.  

Just some notes about fire safety.  There are to be no open fires or flames.
Only propane grills or Coleman type stoves and lanterns.  Smoking will be
allowed ONLY in designated areas, and will be enforced.
