[PPRAANet] Megafest Planning Meeting

The next planning meeting will be held at The Remodeler, 3205 North
Hancock, Colorado Springs on Saturday, 22 April at 0900.  As usual I
will provide the coffee and donuts.

 

Things are going along well for the Megafest but we can use a few more
volunteers to sell tickets, help with prizes, and all the usual things
that go along with the actual day of the Megafest.

 

We do have volunteers, W0MCT and KC0MIR for the talk-in station and I
really appreciate that.

 

Mike, WV7T and Jim, AB0UK are going to man a club table to sell off some
of the club assets.  I am sure they could use more help if you can spare
an hour or two.

 

Su, KC0PRN has arranged for a Boy Scout Troop to provide food this year.
A different troop than in the past, but I am sure it will be great.

 

John, KC0JFH is in charge of tables so if you need to purchase a table
or two please contact him.  We do have lots left to sell.

 

Christopher, NC6T has been doing a great job with publicity.  If you
know a place that could use a flyer or two get in touch with him!  Or,
go the club website and print off a flyer to put in your work place.
You never know who it might attract.

 

If you want to help in any way, please contact me or a PPRAA Board
Member and let them know what you would like to do.

 

Or, come to the meeting Saturday and see what is going on and where you
can fit in.
