[PPRAANet] Elecraft Table at the PPRAA Megafest

Hi Folks,

Elecraft has agree to sponsor a table to promote their
rigs and accessories at the PPRAA Megafest. 
(Saturday, July 8, 2006)  The deal works like this. 
They will pay for the table, provide brochures, a
banner and personalized shirts for up to three people.
 We will provide people that own Elecraft rigs and to
bring your Elecraft rigs and accessories and to
demonstrate them and answer question and wear the
provided shirt.  There will be no selling or order
taking.  The shirt will be yours to keep.


I need volunteers to help with this.  I will be at the
table for most of the Megafest but it would be great
to have a second person available as I'm also helping
with the PPRAA's table.  The club's table and the
Elecraft table will be beside each other.  I already
have a personalized Elecraft shirt.  So I am looking
for three people.  With three people each would need
to be at the table about an hour and a half.  That
gives you plenty of time to wonder around and check
out all the bargains.

If you can help please let me know by Monday, April
17th.  The lead time for the shirts is 4-6 weeks so we
need to get the information in by the end of April. 
Please include your name, shirt size, rig model and
serial number.  If there are more than three
volunteers we will draw straws at the next Megafest
planning meeting (April 22) to decide who gets the
shirts.  if you don't get a shirt you can still help
out with the table.

This is a great way to have a major supplier
represented at our Megafest.  Please give us you
