[PPRAANet] Donations for ARES DRT Expenses

As noted at last nights club meeting, a fund has been established to
help defray the expenses of our local hams participating in Katrina 
disaster relief as part of the Colorado ARES Disaster Response Team. 
These members have traveled to the Gulf Coast at their own expense,
and this fund is an attempt to help ease the financial burden.
