[PPRAANet] PPRAA Simplex Net

Hi Folks,

It's time for that friendly reminder about the PPRAA
Simplex Net every Thursday at 7PM MDT on 146.58 MHZ. 
(Alternate frequency is 146.55 MHZ should the primary
be unavailable.)  Please take a few minutes and
check-in.

This week's Tech Talk will be Edge of Space Sciences
(EOSS) and will be presented by Don Frazer, WA9WWS. 
Don has been with EOSS since early 1990 and has a
wealth of information about this fascinating part of
amateur radio.

Next week's (12/16/4) Tech Talk will be about
Electrical Safety.  Safety was presented during
Thanksgiving evening.  However, as there were only
minimal check-ins we are going to repeat the topic and
divide it into two parts to be presented during two
seperate nets.

As usual we conclude each net with the ARRL Audio
News.

We are looking for a guest NCS to fill in December
16th on the net.  Patrick will be out of town and my
(Jim) work schedule may conflict with the net.  Please
contact Patrick or myself at our email address listed
above if you can fill in.
 
Any licensed ham is welcome to check-in to the net. 
You do NOT need to be a member of the PPRAA to
participate.  Spread the word to anyone not on the
above reflectors.  So, mark your calender, stop by and
enjoy the fun and maybe learn a new thing or two.
