[PPRAANet] Christmas Party 2003!

Hello everyone,

The PPRAA Christmas Party will be held 1830, Friday 12 December at the
Springs City Church, 1250 Vondelpark Drive (a map will be posted on the club
website in the near future).  Everyone is welcome!

We need volunteers to cook two turkeys (with dressing) and three hams (with
potatos).  Save your receipts for the turkeys and hams and the club will
reimburse you.

Shelley and I will bring rolls and butter, juices and soft drinks.  Everyone
else is requested to bring side dishes according to the following formula:

-  If your LAST NAME begins with A to G, bring a salad;
-  If your LAST NAME begins with H to N, bring a vegetable dish; and
-  If your LAST NAME begins with O to Z, bring a dessert.

Bring in a non-perishable food item for local food banks, and you will get a
ticket for a door prize.  Details are being worked out, but I think you'll
like the door prize!

We will also need volunteers to help set up tables and chairs on Friday
afternoon.  Those able to help with setting up or cooking turkeys/hams are
requested to contact Shelley VE1NOS at alpenney@codenet.net or at 494-1787.
