[PHX-Skywarn] 442.800 Repeater

Happy New Year!
    Sorry about the  442.800 machine...I don't know any more than you.
....But I did  send an email to the  trustee,  Joe Oliver  asking about the
RPTR.
 No  reply from him yet.... but in the meantime,  we can  use the Backup RPTR,
            147.36 (Mt Ord)
