[PCR-1000] Repair

I would like to see a radio designed to go to 2.6 gHz or thereabouts to pick
up the various satellite and space uses as well as the Part 15 stuff at 2.4,
but they probably don't want to lock out the cellphones at 1.8 or argue
about it...
