[PCR-1000] Remote control of radio via Intenet

HamRadio Deluxe is also able to control receivers/scanners/transceivers over 
the internet, and I've used that before. But you'll need a separate Audio 
stream (and software), for example Windows Media Encoder, to get the audio 
on the internet.

At this moment my receiver is a node on www.dx-tuners.com. They have a lot 
of PCR-100 and -1000 receivers all over the world, and you can control and 
listen to them over the internet. If you connect your receiver to their 
network, you'll get free access to all other receivers.

There is also a dutch website (http://www.PA3ANG.nl), the owner has made his 
own software to make his receiver controllable over the internet, and uses 
some Streaming Media server software to distribute his audio.
