[PCR-1000] Laptop Problem with PCR

I'm pretty sure I have run across this more than once and was able to
fix it.

Pull up your volume control (from control panel or double click on
spiker icon in the system tray) then go to Options > Properties and
under "Adjust volume for" select Recording.  Make sure you have the
appropriate inputs selected under "Show the following volume controls"
then click OK.  Then select the appropriate input and adjust the
volume.
