[PCR-1000] Unblocked Pcr1000

I quit messing with my 1K, and just put the whole system under my
DigiCAT-847 hardware/software from N5ZTW (see his website).

No longer have the time to "play games".  If its not plug-and-play, Im not
interested.  Must be the age factor :-).........

FYI: there is a ton of hams that hang out on 27.415 USB for some reason.
Even some AFSK on LSB.  Strange......
