[PCR-1000] Can't get ICOM Software to work

Hi Frank,

Your the second person to mention that glitch. (see my previous response)

While I can imagine that running everything on a regular RS-232 port could
overwhelm the operation, I run on a MUCH faster USB 2.0 port, and you would
think there shouldn't be a problem.

When I run my Portmon program, I see a sample/handshake rates of several
times a second, with no "hangs".

I share your opinion about ICOM.  They NEVER admit to any problems, which is
why my "stable" of comm gear is nearly exclusively from Yaesu which I have
been using since 1971.
