[PCR-1000] Remote use of the PCR-1000 from the computer

@Everyone else:
I also offered my receiver to dx-tuners.com. All you need is an old (Pentium 
2 or higher) computer with a soundcard. They can even pay you about $60 
every 3 months, depending on your uptime and how many listeners you had. You 
can just contact the admin for more info, and support on setting up your 
system. If it really dissappoints, you can always quit.
