[PCR-1000] TalkPCR freeware/registration issue

Hi Graham,

I see exactly the same thing---the author has not "fixed" the 2.99 version yet; installing the update installs a new .exe, which then returns the "nagging."  So, when I use it, I use the 2.4F version.

Guess we'll have to continue to be patient and hope he does indeed release a fixed 2.99 some time.
