[PCR-1000] DSP option & stuff

I got the DSP option, and like it for notching out heterodynes when
I'm trying to listen on 40 meters. It's also nice for pulling CW out
from next to a strong signal. 

I'll see your Clarke's law and raise with Zumwalt's Reformulation: 
"Any sufficiently advanced magic is indistinguishable from a rigged 
 demonstration."
