[PCR-1000] Re:Nonstandard Filter Modes

The only program that I use right now that gives me extremely flexablility to 
work around filters is radiocom 4.5.I can narrow down the dsp's filter width to 
get what I want. but still having the ability to go down further would be a 
nice thing to have.
I will have to check out the timeline dsp.
