[PCR-1000] PCR1000 and Optoelectronics Digital Scout questions

The folks at optoelectronics.com say it works. Have a gander at 
<http://www.optoelectronics.com/digitalscout.htm> for details. 

But they also say "Super Sensitive, down to 700uV in some bands"
about the Digital Scout, and that seems pretty deaf to me. Maybe 
I'm too used to my R-390 and R-390A, and to my Yaesu FRG-100.
