Note to Max and others discussing web control of the PCR-1000:

I too would be very interested in purchasing Max's 4-receiver board, or
a
single receiver system.

I've been pursuing Kelly at Javoradio to license his Linux/MP3 solution
to me
for a commercial product, but evidently he can't release it for use
right now.
The idea of a single dedicated device to handle the tcp/ip, serial
control, and
audio encoding is really appealing. It could indeed be about the same
size as
the PCR-1000 itself, and very handy in not having to dedicate a full PC
at the
receiver site.

For my particular application, some of the end users may not be very
"tech"
oriented, so I'd certainly like to have the option to use a Java or
Flash front end
application to control it from a browser.

If any of you would like to cooperate to bring forth a real solution,
I'd certainly be
interested in participating, financially and otherwise. Max, if you're
going to make
any more boards like the one you described earlier in this thread, PUT
ME on the
list of people who want to buy one.
