[PCR-1000] PROBE1K - new software for PCR-1000

didnt see the timer recorder function or visual spectral display that TALKPCR 
has either

the import of the FCC data is a nice feature and it has a few other neat ones

too bad it cost so much would be another nice tool to have for the PCR but at 
twice the price of radiomax and talkPCR and no free demo not many will be 
willing to try
