[PCR-1000] TrunkPCR and Mscan Meteo Pro

I had an interesting thing happen the other day.
I've been running TrunkPCR for about a month now and it was really working
fine.
I installed Mscan Meteo Pro and all of a sudden TrunkPCR will no longer
Trunk.
It will scan and do it's other functions, But as soon as I hit the trunk
button, I get a debug message.
I'm monitoring 1 system with about 30 radio's
I've uninstalled Mscan with no joy
I've uninstalled and reinstalled TrunkPCR with no joy.
TalkPCR works without a problem.
I'm sure the install of Mscan overwrote a common file that TrunkPCR uses,
But I have no idea what it was or how to get TrunkPCR trunking again.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

512m Ram
Nvidia GeForce Video Card
2 19" ViewSonic Monitors
Running XP Pro.
