apparently i misunderstood the introductory pricing for PROBE1K. it's $15
*off* the $75 price, and $25 off for registered PROBEV7 users.
my stupidity--sorry for getting anyone excited. i'm sending DataFile
another $35, but still think it's an excellent value. apparently a lot of
work went into this new version of PROBE for the PCR-1000 because it's a
very different animal than the Optocom receiver.
