[PCR-1000] PCR 1000 control program

Does anyone know of a program that has the ability to change freq's 
at user defined times.
I'm using wxtoimg to record the birds as they fly over, However, I 
need the ability to change the freq's on the PCR before the bird 
comes into view.

I know I can write a quick and dirty program, But if it's already 
out there, Why re-invent the wheel.
