[PCR-1000] Sorry, new mirror adresses!

After thinking a while i now see that the www-root was a stupid place to put
the files...
I am sorry about this, and i have now placed them in a folder named download
(both files)
Its a "browsable" folder.

I can not help you if your download do not succeed. So dont ask me for help
on that.
If the files are corrupt in some way (i will test them for myself too)
please let me know.
I will put these files on a better mirror later on. ( i am making some new
pages for ham/scanner
on a diffrent server... those old pages are going to be removed later on)
