[PCR-1000] Scanning stops of certain bands

I have not seen the band related phenomena, but I have used the receiver =
on a USB to Serial adaptor and a lap top computer, and a different =
computer and the scanning problem has apparently gone away. My =
conclusion is that the is a sensitivity to one of my computer serial =
ports.
