[PCR-1000] "New" Icom software

It's there. 
Go to the PCR1000 page and click in the software link.
Here is the link that actually gets you get code:

Interestingly enough, it is now version 2.0 (it was 1.3 or 1.31 for years).
I am sticking with TalkPCR.
