[PCR-1000] "New" Icom software

Some questions about Icom's original look PCR1K software.

1) Does anyone know where the 'new' version of Icom's 
     software (the original classic look) can be found in a .ZIP format ?
    Another poster had put up a link to a .lzh format file that I 
     cannot decompress.

2) Why isn't the software on Icom's site ? 

3) Does anyone know where the original versions can be found ?
    I believe the last one was version 1.31 of the 1.xx series.
