[PCR-1000] TalkPCR audio switch

That's a good point about that switch, located inside the PCR-1000. It
controls whether the audio is outputted to the built in speaker in the
PCR-1000 case, or if it sent to the external output jack. I would check =
to
make sure that the switch is set one way or the other. It may be =
possible
that the switch may have been bumped into the center, and neither audio =
out
to the speaker or the jack is working. Try working the switch back and
forth a couple of times and then leave it in one or the other position.

And when you find out everything is working with the speaker and you
want to use the audio through your PC, there's a little switch
(mentioned on page 3 of the manual) that puts the PCR-1000 in the Line
Out mode. To match the
Line In on your soundcard.
