unfortunately there are no shareware programs yet.

The official decoding software is from Frauenhofer Gesellschaft, costs about
$ / EUR 5000,- and contains a ready DRM-modified AOR 7030 in the package,
but no PC or laptop.

The amateur version of this soft has much lower functions, no rx, costs
about $ / EUR 60,- , is a version of the Frauenhofer software for DRM
reception for SWL or ham.

You will need a PC with soundcard and at least 500 MHz.

The Open Source Project from Uni Darmstadt is not ready yet:

Due of being in experimantal status with the abiliy of changing bitrates and
other modulating parameters, there are no DRM rx or DRM hardware decoding
units available yet, only the updateable software solutions.
