[PCR-1000] frequency list files

It just didn't suit the way I use the PCR.
As someone that writes code for a living, It looked like alot of thought and
work went into the program. And it looks like it has some nice bells and
whistles, But I was already used to the look and feel of the Icom program
and didn't want to spend the time to get up to speed on another program.
