Hi Bryce
Sounds like you need to adjust the clock.
I don't use WXSAT but, the decoders I do use have someplace to adjust
the clock calibration, software timing, clock frequency or, internal
clock, depending on the software vendor. The calibration procedure
should be covered in the help file.
