Well spotted, I was using the audio out rather than packet out.  I now get
100% decode when I do not use reverse polarity.  However, as Jay has pointed
out that he doesn't support 400MHz systems yet I'm afraid it won't fly for
me yet.

I understand why a trunking decoder will need to use packet out, but one
downside is that that output is not squelched so when I switch back to
TalkPCR I get noise while scanning.  I guess Jay's program will turn down
the volume between calls to get around that problem?
