[PCR-1000] TrunkPcr1k - COM14 issue

Are Com 1 and 2 actually in use for something or just available for use and 
assigned to IRQ's 3 & 4 ?...If you have nothing on them they are preferable 
over a USB conversion card which typically gives most legacy based software 
fits...
