[PCR-1000] PCR-1000 and Radiocom 4.0

The deal with Bonito and Icom was that ICOM provide all the end user
technical support, so don't be surprised if Bonito don't answer.

  Given Icom's track record, you seriously expected them to provide useful
software with the radio?  They're probably providing Radiocom 4 because they
got a great deal on it.

Bonito:  "You can have as many copies as you want, but you don't get
support."
Icom:    "Thanks!"
