I believe Icom uses this same UT-106 in other radios, including the new
IC-910H (vhf/uhf w/satellite automation features). It is a great dsp.

A lot of people have been buying new transceivers and including the DSP.
There was a flood of radios sold in the past two weeks (all brands) on
'Dayton Coupons - some as much as $500 off regular prices. This may
account for the apparent tight supply.

With the Dayton sellathon now over, Icom may be able to catch up on stock.
