[PCR-1000] Win XP and Icom Software

Tim,

I have inquired of your company for such a quote, not mentioning you of 
course.  I am really tempted to return this one and import one from the 
UK with the Radiocom package.  It would be unhindered as well.  I don't 
know if I''ll have to pay duty on it or would it be sent under gift 
guises?  I buy my cigarettes from Switzerland all the time and don't 
have to pay any duty on them.
