i purposely use all lower case in my emails, as studies have proven
lower-case is easier to read (besides, my name is e e cummings.) and yes,
i didn't pull any punches--clearly they didn't think to add those features
or they would have (very little coding would've been required.) their main
windows support rep told me their programmers "didn't think" to add those
features, because a mac mouse doesn't have left and right
buttons. according to him, griffin technology is practically an "all mac
house."
no doubt you'll be able to write them a much better request...
