If you are a LICENSED user, Pete has an updated version 2.7 that fixes a "rights" issue. Note that "User" accounts cannot write updates to the INI file on Exit like the Admin account.

Also note, that this fix goes back to NT 4.0

Don't use Icoms software here but talkpcr runs no problem [1] on both my
machines, an AMD K6 233 with XP Pro and an AMD 1900XP with XP Home.

[1]Unless scanning on the AMD 233 and other programs are running then
the cpu struggles with the load, not a problem of course with the
1900 XP.
