See, the thing is, when I click on that bar, it'll tune to the freq, but
that bar stays raised near the right which is what I don't understand.
What I'm saying is the raised bar does not come to the center when tuned
to.

Hello Cory,
Sounds like normal ops to me.....that would be an active frequency.
You vary the bandscope frequency span with the + or - keys to widen or
narrow the bandscope.
If it is always there, click on it and see what shows up !
I haven't used the Icom software for quire awhile so my info is NOT
guaranteed :-))
