Hello Cory, Sounds like normal ops to me.....that would be an active frequency. You vary the bandscope frequency span with the + or - keys to widen or narrow the bandscope. If it is always there, click on it and see what shows up ! I haven't used the Icom software for quire awhile so my info is NOT guaranteed :-)) Marv
