There were  no other tasks running. COM1 and 2 were present with the =
normal IRQ's and adresses. No conflicts were seen in NT diagnostics.

However, the problem is solved now.

I first did an Install, but to no avail.
I renamed the INI file to see what would happen, as the INI fil is not =
created by SETUP

This solved the problem; the system is running again

A closer examination of the old INI file showed that the MainWindowsPos =
was negative (!) for both positions
