The link to download the MS Win XP ACT 2.0 (Aplication
Cpmpatability Toolkit) does not work unless you jump
from a Microsoft Tech Net page.

Try going in here then click on the "Download" link:

I played with the ACT for a little while last night
and my gut feeling is that it's not going to do much
for us. Anyone else tried it yet?
