Thanks for all advice. Actually Red seemed to be on target. The PCR is running to an outside ground rod. The computer is using the house wiring. I jumped from the PCR to the case of the PC and the hum disappeared. I have chokes on Serial cables and the monitor cable. Both PCR and PC share a surge protector. What do you think? Do I still have a hazard?
