I read it carefully and was completely unimpressed. This set of "reasoning"
was quite hung up on the mechanics of "munging" ( too bad the broken link to
the description gets 430 Not found
Unable to resolve name: www.fwi.uva.nl ) and doesn't really acknowledge that
we are talking about MAILING LISTS.

I stand on "reply to all" behavior when replying on a LIST is sensible.
Apparently everyone who is motivated to pipe in so far agrees.
