I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use Radiocomm.  It hammered my
eeprom before I was smart enough to back up all my radios.  I have been
using Signal Intelligence "Scan Star" and it is a great app, very
professional, for the radio.  I use TalkPCR also, a great app with great
support.

The Bonito software has a lot of flash, and high bandwidth graphics that
slower computers may have difficulty with.  I had many problems with the
software, and forget about support in the US.  BUYER BEWARE.

Saw that Grove is now selling the Radiocom 5.1 with interface for
PCR-1000 
for $150.  Is this worth it?  Currently I use Talk PCR and am pleased
but...
