[PCR-1000] Radiocom 5.1

a friend had bought it and let me try it, it has a lot of features with all 
the built-in decoders, filters, noise reduction, etc and its nice having it 
all in one package, but I like talkPCR way better for scanning and general 
radio control functions, searching, recording and have found that many of the 
free or sharware ware decoders/programs are better than whats in radiocom (eg 
MMTY, MMSTV, Cwget, GNPDB, Wxsat, Digipan, etc)

also its is kind of hard to get used to at first in terms of figuring out 
where stuff goes when decoded and have to use certain functions

not an intuitive as talkPCR 

I have tried Scanstar, radiomax, scancat, radiocom, and TalkPCR is still my 
favorite and you cant beat the price and upgrade policy

just my opinion
