Sounds good Andrew! Regardless of what people say, I really like my
PCR-1000. The receiver is better than I expected in a wideband unit =
for
this price.
I use MMSSTV for transmit and receive of SSTV

I listen on 14.230 a lot..that is a very active frequency as already
mentioned. Here in northeast ohio we have an SSTV net over a 2 meter
repeater as well! It works surprisingly well :) (146.88 Saturday =
night at
10pm)
It gets 900mhz stuff pretty well at my house. I have a diamond discone
antenna with 9913 belden cable and it's been pretty reliable.
