[PCR-1000] Eprom

Have been playing with quite a few programs lately while looking for
a good waterfall program for single frequency monitoring.

A number of them have some form of radio control but not for PCR1000.

I noticed today that on some uhf bands there was an unusually high noise
level even with no aerial.

Checked the eprom with talkpcr and the report was 160 errors.

Fortunately I backed up when I first got the unit in 98, rewrote using
talkpcr and all is well :0)

Must be more careful in future.... beware of running unknown software
with the PCR1000 switched on.
