[PCR-1000] WinXP, Win2000, UT-106, USB serial

PcrTalk works fine with the filter installed, the 2000 version, right 
'out of the box' on my XP installation.  Just lost all my data tonight 
on 6 hard drives, including all my radio stuff, so I'm not a happy 
camper right now.  Will redownload it and get it back to running eventually.
